The guest house on Laerholzstraße is no longer run by the Landesspracheninstitut (LSI) but by the Akademisches Förderungswerk (AKAFÖ). Special rates for overnight stays at the guest house will continue to apply for participants attending LSI language courses.

- Economy (single room): 60,00 €
- Economy (double room): 70,00 €
- Comfort (single room): 80,00 €
- Comfort (double room): 90,00 €
How to book
When registering for your LSI language course, please indicate in the ‘Comments’ field that you would like to stay at the guest house.
Once we have received your course registration, we will send you a discount code which you can use to take advantage of the special rates for LSI participants.
You will then need to book your accommodation yourself via the guest house’s website:

Accommodation can also be booked without participating in a language course. In this case, AKAFÖ’s standard terms and conditions apply.
The new LSI seminar rooms are located in the Universitätsforum Ost (UFO), approximately 1 km from the guest house, and are easily accessible by public transport or on foot.
